Rename charm name from Sme to SME

All charms have lower case names which must match the rules found here:
https://jujucharms.com/docs/2.3/authors-charm-metadata. The jujucharms.com
website upper-cases the first letter in each word in the charm name when
presenting it.

If you feel that a 'display name' property in the metadata.yaml would be
useful, or think the auto-casing on jujucharms.com is undesirable, please
file an issue here to help us prioritize features:

To throw weight behind this, it's not the only charm that fails product
guidelines for example:

WordPress
MySQL
PostgreSQL

Top of head, this has been discussed in the past with no real resolution.
Seems now is a good time to revisit a metadata.yaml display-name field.
