Juju 2.4-rc2 has been released

I want to make sure it's clear that this is the last exected RC release. If
no issues are found in testing from the community we plan on a final
release next week. Please give it a spin attempt to crush it for all your

way to get your hands on this release of Juju is to install it as a snap

a snap channel should be automatically upgraded. If you’re using the
